u shud burn the fat while u take more calories like a normal person needs 3000 calories a day so in order to loose weight either he should burn 500 calories a day or cut 500 out of 3000 calories a day!.to loose weight!.this would be then taking 2500 calories a day so 500 that are extra in ur body can be consumed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
