Question: If i eat theses types of meals and walk for and hour a day,do u think i will lose weight!?
my bmi is normal and im a small-medium body frame, i just want to lose sum weight on my midsection!.!.!.

breakfast:
rice crispies cereal w/ lowfat milk-180 cals

lunch-
190 cal light yogurt w/ 100 cal snack

dinner-
stir fry chicken breast w/ peppers and snow peas (with no stir fry sauce)

(different healthy dinner evry nite tho!.!.!.

!?!? im 16 and 5'5 126 or 128 lbs , idk!.!.!.lol

do u think i'll lose a little weight!?!.!.im guna walk uphill and downhill and around streets for an hr a day or more, also!.!.

ur at a healthy weight and i dont think u should worry about it that much so=ince u are a teen and are still growing!. but if u want to lose a lil weight the healthy way, this is the way to do it so yay for you :) and u could try jogging as its more efffective than walking!. good luck with everythingWww@Answer-Health@Com

That is not enough calories!. Eat more protein for lunch and breakfast and fill up on veggies!.!.!.!.!.especially the green ones so you get your fiber!. Also eat apples, carrots!. And your height and weight is perfect so if you want to just get into shape you can pretty much eat whatever you want (with the exception of McDonald's everyday and straight lard)!. All you have to to is exercise everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think the best way to lose weight on your midsection is doing sit-ups and hula hoop!. try doing 200+ sit-ups every night before you sleep and 30 min hula hoop everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you dont have to lose any weight!just do lots of yoga and pilates but stick to a healthy calorie shift of meals to resculpt your body!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
