Question: If i do 20 sit ups a day!?
ok so i have to go back to school in two and half weeks!. ive gotten kinda a gut lol not bad i just a little one so i was wondering if i did 20 sit ups a day for the next two weeks would it go away!? i have a really fast metabolism but i don't work out so yea any one know what i can do!? i don't want to lose weight just want to flatten my tummy i only weigh 95 pounds so yeaWww@Answer-Health@Com

i'm jealous!.!.haha anyway i would do a bit more!.!.!.maybe like 50 a day!. also, apparently crunches are better!. and the BEST are supposed to be like bicycles because they work out your whole ab region!.
also, after you work out, make sure to eat some protein!.
and drink LOTS of water!!

Well, just doing 20 sit-ups a day should help your "little bit of a gut" go away by the time you start school!. But each week, you may want to increase the amount of sit-ups you do by 10, it will make you stronger, and should help the "gut decreasing" process a little more!. But, 95 pounds is a good weight, and most guys like girls with a little bit of a gut, they don't really like really skinny girls- FYI!.!.!.

I think if you stopped sugary drinks, and stuck to water!. Then cut back on your eating!. Along with some working out!. You could loose a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
