Why is it hard to stay motivated when you first try to loose weight?!

Question: Why is it hard to stay motivated when you first try to loose weight!?
People, my Doctor, my friends are all telling me I need to loose weight!. I know that! But when they fuss at me about how I need to do x or x or so and so did this and lost 250 pounds, instead of wanting to work out, I loose my motivation and feel guilty and go back to my old habits of stuffing my face and not wanting to exercise!. How can I deal with this!?

I've told them I'm working out more, 10-20 minutes day (honestly all I can handle before I'm too sore and huffing and puffing like I just ran a marathon) and people tell I'm doing it wrong, I need to do such and such class, join the YMCA and do one of their 30-45 minute aerobics classes every day!. (If I did one of those classes by the end I'd be laying on the floor unable to catch my breath and be extremely over heated)

I need to build up my stamina before I can even think about doing something like that!. yet my friends don't think I'm trying hard enough!. It's hard to stay motivated!. What are some ways I can!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just to your best!. As you get better, you can do harder workouts!. Keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would start by walking! Walk a mile a day!. Take your time, don't run or walk fast!. Increase it to 2 miles a day and so on!. When you get comfortable with that then you can start maybe going to the gym and using the workout equipment!. Or just buying a workout video and doing it from home which i know is more comfortable!. It is tough because you haven't made exercise part of your routine, once you get over that hurdle and it becomes habitial it will take less effort to get yourself going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the problem lies in yourself!
lack in motivation to do something is what makes you lazy!.
just keep it up, no matter what!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know how overweight you are, but if you are severely overweight, then 20 minutes of walking twice a day is what you need to start out with!. You should talk with your doctor or fitness instructor about an appropriate exercise program in accordance for you body!. One thing I've learned though, first comes the action, then comes the motivation which produces more action!. It takes about 21 days to make or break a habit!. It's hard to start out because you've got it in the back of your mind that nothing will help, no matter what you do!. Even if you still believe that, just try it for 21 days, no excuses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
