Getting in shape in 3 weeks?!


Question: Getting in shape in 3 weeks!?
To promote a healthier lifestyle, my friend and I are going to have a little "fitness contest" in three weeks!. The contest will consist of who can run a faster mile, who can do the most sit-ups, and who can do the most push-ups!. Winner doesn't really win anything but bragging rights, but it's a fun idea!.

I have been running on the treadmill everyday for about 20 minutes!. However, I would like to get my endurance/time faster!. How can I do that in 3 weeks!?

Also, I have no upper body strength whatsoever!. What are some good exercises to help that!?

Thats a really good idea to keep you guys motivated!
Well every week I would stay on the treadmill longer I would honestly go up to 30 minutes!.
Eat healthy & look for some healthy recipes you can make!.
AND DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!
6-8 glasses it reallllly helps!.
Also do some weights to get upper body strength Www@Answer-Health@Com
