weight loss, fatigue, moodiness, she may be pail, week, she may complain of headaches and stomach cramps, it depends on how long she has gone without eating!. she may also say, "oh no thanks i have already eaten" every time someone asks her if she has had anything to eat!.!. she may get defensive when asked if she has not been eating!.!. short term: weakness, headaches, light-headed

long term: hair loss, pale/unhealthy complexion (under-eye circles, dull skin)

I'd also look for moodiness/personality changes!.
