Eat a balanced diet, sufficient protein to grow tissues, avoid vitamin deficiencies!. Beyond that, it's all predetermined what one's ultimate height can be!. I don't think you want to get into growth hormone or anything like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you are finished growing then there is nothing they can do!.
if you arn't, then you can go to a doctor get your hand x-rayd and they will tell you if you are going to grow anymore!. if they say you might not, then they can put you on these pills that will help you grow, if you really want it!.
i broke the growth plate in my foot
they x-rayed it and were worried that if it didnt heal that i wont grow anymore, but it did, and im supposed to grow about 3 more inches! i was supposed to be about 5 feet 8 inches but since my growth plate did break ill only be about 5 feet 6 inches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you know, i once seen the documentary about this kid born with dwarf syndrome, and he got this weird operation to make the bones in his arms and legs longer!. he had to wear one of those weird painful cage things around his arms and legs for up to!.!. nearly 5 years!. every day!. and tighten the screwes that were going into his bones everyday!. and in the end there wasnt even that much of a difference!. i think its just stupid to worry about your appearence!.
but i do sujest that you drink milk!. but then again if your only a kid your still growing!. so dont worry sooo much!. x Www@Answer-Health@Com
