Negative calorie foods require more energy to digest than they provide nutritionally!.!.!.so they are useful in helping you feel full!.
but you can't entirely depend on them without risking malnutrition!.

Stuff in my kitchen right now: celery, Kix cereal, Wasa Crisps (they're about the size of a graham cracker with only 35 calories and lots of whole grain and fiber and stuff), almonds, sugar free jello (10 calories!), apples!. How much you are supposed to eat depends on how many calories you want to consume in one day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

vegetables: carrots, tomato, cucumber, lady's finger, eggplant, etc!.!.!.
fruits: apples, oranges, papaya, popegranate, watermelon, pears, etc!.!.!.
oats, soups, skimmed milk, sugarless juices, WATER! etc!.!.!.
all the things mentioned above are really filling and low calorie!.!.!.
avoid grapes and potato!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tomato soup

1 tin of tomatos (70 cals)
1 pint chicken stock (25 cals)
tomato puree (100 cals)
1 chopped onion (20 cals)
salt, pepper, herbs (5cals)

fry the onions in a little water!. add the tomatos and stock!. add tomato puree (half tube) and seasoning!. leave to boil for 10 minutes!. makes 2-3 bowls!. about 100 calories a bowlWww@Answer-Health@Com

Any kind of fruit or vegetable is good!.

I like apples, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower
