Stuff in my kitchen right now: celery, Kix cereal, Wasa Crisps (they're about the size of a graham cracker with only 35 calories and lots of whole grain and fiber and stuff), almonds, sugar free jello (10 calories!), apples!. How much you are supposed to eat depends on how many calories you want to consume in one day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 pint chicken stock (25 cals)
tomato puree (100 cals)
1 chopped onion (20 cals)
salt, pepper, herbs (5cals)
