Question: Fitness - When should I be expecting some results!.
Hello,
I recently embarked on a fitness program!. I'm 15 and working to decrease the amount of fat around my stomach!. I've been doing the following for about 2 days :

- Jogging ---> 20 mins (10/11 min/mile)
- Walking ---> 60 mins!. (11 min/mile)

As for my diet, I usually eat whatever my mom cooks!. I do avoid consuming more then what I should on a daily basis!.!.!.(fat,carbohydrate,etc)!. I eat 3 times a day (instead of the "5-6 times small-portion-meal")!. And I believe I shouldn't be dieting given the fact I'm still in a period of development!.!.!.

So, my question is, when should I seriously expect some results,see a slight change!? I mean,its been only 2 days since I've started and I'm pretty confident it'll take another 2-4 days until I can see any sort of improvement but I would appreciate if you guys can tell when should I really be expecting decent results!.

2 week minimum for visible results with basically any sort of workout program! Measure your results by how you look in the mirror and how you feel in your clothes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take warm water with honey and lemon after your jogging!.
This will burn calories from your body!.

Do this exercise:
lie down and lift your stomach to as much as possible height!.

yeah i'm 16 and i've also been trying to lose some lbs but it is hard since we're at a developmental state!. i think just give your baby time!. everyone's body is different!.
watch "the biggest loser"!. it really is helpful!. or this new show "student body"!. both give some pretty good tips of what to eat, when to eat, working out stuff, etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you follow the program exactly as it is laid out then you should achieve maximum success!. You don't realy have to avoid carbohydrates and fat, but your program might not be as up to date!. Visit the link below if you have anymore questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i work out daily and it usually takes about 5-7 days to see any results but it depend on what you eat you should stick to vegetables and fruit and if you really like sweets eat only one small sweet a day!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You won't see results for at least a month!.

I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.

Hi, I had a bit of a beer belly about a year ago and I started jogging!. After about 1 week I noticed reduced fat!. I then started doing sit ups to tone up a bit!. After 2 weeks of sit ups I had a flat stomach and felt great!.

Depending on how much fat you want/need to lose, I would expect you to see results after a week or so!. You will notice the you will notice quite a major difference!. But slowly you will not see visible results!. When this happens maybe change your program or start some sit ups aswell!.
