HEllo !? My height is 168cm and weight is 56 or 66 kgs, sorry i am not sure of my weight but i think i really wanna lose my weight, please suggest , friends !

but , gummies actually burn all your carbs,
you can eat BreakFast, and supper!.!. and avoid deserts, and coke and sugar and unhelthy snacks for a while, and take a walk or run everyday for like 15 mins, but 30 minutes if you want to lose wieght fast!.!.!. umm do not eat after supper, after supper if you get hungry eat fruits!.!. :) hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

All I can suggest is have less of sugar and junk food!.!.!.eat whats good for your body and heart!.!.!.Eat a small meal at regular intervals!.!.!.probably 4-6 times a day!. Don't eat after 2200 hours!. Have a good breakfast in the morning!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
