Which one makes you stronger?!
Question: Which one makes you stronger!?
Does doing full arm extension on benchpress and incline make you stronger than not going all the way up with the weight or does it all do the same workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com

The first answer is part true, concentric (lifting), isometric (holding), and, eccentric (lowering) all mean some thing, but I think what you are asking about is "lock-outs"!. What I mean is, weather you lock out (or fully extend) your elbow's completely or not!. If you stop just before your elbow's are "locked-out" you keep the stress on the target muscle and are afforded no muscle rest, thus keeping constant stress on the target muscle!.( elbow's, wrist's, hip's, knee's all the same concept) This will cause more muscle stress, and more muscle gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
works different part of muscle!.!. like theres 2 parts of a movement the concentric and eccentric,
if ur doing the full motion ur gonna get more benefits cuz ur doin the whole movement, partials are an advanced technique and should only be done wit a training partner/p!.t!. And u dont do them at the start of an exercise, only once youv failed on your set!.
Just stick with an incline press (full motion!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
