mm well start to run in the beggining for about 1 week and you'll lose like 10 to 12 poundds that way and start to look slimmer and when you feel that yur ready start doing crunches and situp like that and work on every mucsle for a more tone body and eat healthy!.!.!.that what i did for getting in to shape for my high skool football

well, here's one thing!.!.!.try not to eat meats!.!.!.not even chicken! animal fats are adversely affective to muscle toning!. that means no soups either!.
it will help a lot if u get ur proteins from veggies and beans and try to avoid dairy products or sugar cuz that sorta stuff will sit in ur belly and stay there as the gross kinda fat!.
eat stuff like salads and fruits (watermelons especially) and bran and whole grains and if ur tempted to reach for some chips or sugar, distract urself with something else like tv or a hobby!.
start out breakfast with a watermelon slice, some mango, whole wheat bread with some soy butter!. lunch: green salad w/ olive oil, vinegar, and no dressing and a veggie burger or whole wheat pasta w/ tomato sauce!. dinner: spring roll fried in olive oil or just get creative!.
always keep a picture of someone with really good abs in sight just to remind urself of ur goal!.
if u follow these steps, i guarantee that u'll start seeing a two-pack in at least a week, unless u're used to a diet like this!. if u are, then it would probably take three days, depending on how high ur metabolism is!.

Eat less calories n try at least 30 min of exercise concerning or abs 4 example sit up n crunches
