Question: How do you get like super thin and fit
How much exercise do u do a day, what kind of exercise and what do u eat

im at a normal/thin weight at the moment, but i just want to know how to get a really really hot body because i do dance and i want to look really good!.

Eat healthy, lean meats salads and vegetables!.
Sit ups etc!.
And Cardio, a fair bit of running with a healthy diet will just burn off any extra fat at all making you look really hot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I own a fitness center and the answer to this is easier than many people think!. In diet, eat lean meats and avoid high sugar content items!. Choose vegetables over starches when possible, but overall you just have to eat fewer calories than you burn!. On the workout side, instead of doing all cardio and then some weights, do cardio-strength workouts!. Arrange 4 exercises that you do in succession without any break!. Do this 3 times, then arrange 4 more and repeat!. In 30 minutes you have worked out your entire body and burned more calories than running for an hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
