Question: Can i drink while I work out!?
I work out at least 30 minutes a day and usually i drink water before, while and after the exercise!. Can i drink while I work out or it's better if I don't!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can drink water before, while and after but not too much during work out, you feel as if you want to throw up if your stomach is full of fluids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
its up to you, but i find that if i drink whilst working out i get a stitch and its uncomfortable bcoz of the sloshing around in my stomach!.!.!.so i drink a lot a few minutes bfore and few mins after a work out!. it wont do you any harm!Www@Answer-Health@Com
