Is it okay to not eat after a weight lifting workout??!


Question: Is it okay to not eat after a weight lifting workout!?!?
i ate alot alot before my workout it's late at night and i dont wanna eat anymore so would i still get gains from this workout if say i have jus my multiv and water now instead of food im so full i relli dont wana force food down!. and i ate enough cals for the day i know that for sure!.!.so think it's okay my pre workout meal was mostly carbs but igot enough cals and protein for the day!.!.so what do uthink!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

nothing will hurt your muscles by not eating but look at it this way!.!.!.

after a workout your muscles and body is drained and there is a window of opportunity for you to take something which has the best potential to be absorbed by the muscles!. that is why so many people who workout are serious about their post workout shakes and why companies target this by making post-workout specialised products!.

so if you want the best growth and fastest healing make sure you get something with protein down you or some glutamine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

think of your workout as burning the calories you just ate!. as long as you are getting your recommended amount of calories and lots of water, i think you are fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
