How do I get motivated enough to lose weight?!


Question: How do I get motivated enough to lose weight!?
I have been over weight my entire life and I'm getting sick of it!. I know eating and exercising is the best way to lose weight but I'm not motivated enough!. I think of great things I could do when/if I get fit and healthy but it doesn't get me going!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this it's what it did for myself and ended up losing 80lbs!. I took photos of myself in just my boxers (you can use a bikini or form fitted sports attire of course) using different angles like front, side, and back in front of a white background which I called my before pics!. Then I took some pics of myself in front of a black background with different angles!. Now take the pics with the black background and use a sharpie pen to black out all the bulges on your body you don't like!. This will give you a comparison of where you are now and where you want to be later!. Now keep this in your room some where that you will always see it!. I found that a good visual of what I really look like and how I want to look like motivated me to never give up and keep on working out!. So just be patient and you will see the weight just melt off and in a year or less you'll lose that weight just like I did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've recently lost 10 pounds in 2 months and I too have been over weight my entire life!. I had some sort of epiphany in my sleep and I woke up and said, "I can't make excuses anymore!" So, I went cold turkey on sugar, salts, soda, grease, and anything hard to digest!. Walking helped a lot!. Just 30 minutes a day seems adequete for a beginner!. Really, when the reality of being depressed and over weight hits you in the face with a brick, try to follow through!.

Why do so many of us fail or give up our efforts to lose weight!? The reason is that we pay too little attention to our emotions and what drive us to eat unnecessarily!. If you are able to get a grip on these emotions, you have a better chance of success and losing weight and keeping it off!.
