How to make myself weigh more on the scale?!


Question: How to make myself weigh more on the scale!?
ok im an anorexic, dont try and tell me about the dangers and all that stuff, i know!. im going to a therapist and doctor and stuff and im trying to recover!.
but for now, my doctor is making me come in for weigh-ins and i have to find someway to make myself weigh more on the scale without actually gaining weight!.
does anybody know of a way i can do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey, good luck with recovering, it gets easier!. i know that you dont want to gain weight(who does) but you need to try and gain a bit!. anorexia ruined my life and everyones around me (im only 15)!. anyway if you really need to make yourself weigh more then DONT water load!. you can die from it!!
put weights in your shows or in your hair!. buy a hair scrunchie that you could unstitch a fill with weights or heavy objects and then sew it back up!. yes it's uncomfortable but it works!. i refuse to be weighed anymore and i think they are trying to get a order so that i have to be weighed so i wouldnt advise it!.

have a problem!. However, by asking
this question it seems you may need
more help than you think!. The only way
to weigh more on a scale is to weigh
more!. It is healthy for you to eat right
get a lot of sleep, because your still
growing and you need it!. You should
eat healthy but maybe if you ate more
carbs it would help you gain weight!.
I think if you could eat your regular meals
and then drink a after wardsake afterwards!.

If you're trying to cheat the doctor then you're not trying to recover!. Gain weight normally and in a healthy way or else suffer severe consequences later on in life!.

Try pressing down with your leg muscles on the scale, or fill yourself with water before you go, or try not to go to the restroom before the weigh in!. Maybe even put lead in your pockets!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
