Question: How do i get my self mentally to stick to a diet!?
i always seem to slide when i see nice food and then i end up giving up on the diet so i just need a few tips on how to stick to a diet i just cant seem to stick to one so if i can get my head a round it then i can do it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

DIETS DON'T WORK!.

End of story!. You don't have to psych yourself into dieting, you life has to be a continuous "diet" made with healthy choices, and not depriving yourself of anything! With moderation, you can have that "nice food!." Just remember!.!.!.does that piece of cake or whatever you like taste as good as thin feels!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes it helps to get some support!. Even an online group can help motivate you to stay on track, because it's not just you, it's the whole group (and they're encouraging you to succeed)!. It's like exercising and everything else: always better with a buddy!. Also, you can keep from depriving yourself by trying things in moderation!. For example, if you want a really good dessert, allow yourself to have about 3 bites of it!. More than that, and the enjoyment declines (and the calories go up)!. Try wearing something that would expose the areas that need to be slim, i!.e!. fat waist/arm/thigh!.

Try telling your diet plan to someone who always scolds/hates/looks down on you!.
