Question: Check and Improve My Diet
Hey, I'm 15, male, I weight 115 pounds, and I'm 5'6!. This is my bodybuilding eating plan:

Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal, 2 slices of orange, and 2 boiled eggs (no yolk) with some salt!.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on oatbran bread with mustard

Pre-Workout snack: Baked potato

Post-Workout Snack: Sandwich with wheat bread, various vegetables, some ketchup, and 2 avocado slices!.

Dinner: Grilled chicken and some vegetables, with brown rice, or Subway, consisting of wheat bread, vegetables, and grilled chicken!.

Final Meal: Danon Light and Fit Yogurt, and a large bowl of fruit!.

In addition to this, I have a multivitamin everyday, and 2 servings of Whey protein, consisting of 30-35 grams of protein each!. I also have 8 cups of water, and 3 cups of skim milk everyday!.

This is a great diet if you're looking to gain mass (I assume you are)!. Here are some suggestions though:

- Don't worry about eating one or two egg yolks a day!. Dietary cholesterol doesn't affect your overall cholesterol levels, and the fat in there will help you gain extra calories and nutrients!.
- I would add more fat sources to your diet!. Like nuts, seeds, olive oil!. That's about it!. It's honestly looking pretty good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should cut out at least one of those meals, it sounds like to much!. Also i don't understand how you can eat a baked potato before working out, i think i would get sick!. I would have some fruit or a fiber bar!. Other tan that i think it sounds pretty healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
