Question: What are some good lower abs exercise!?
I do crunches and bicycle crunches for now!. I want to do some lower abs exercise!. So what the good ones!? Also is there any other exercise good for the over all abs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you sit side ways and raise yourself for a minute with your arm and foot then switch sides just tighten your abs and it works really good!. also skwirmys are good, you lay as if you are going to do a sit up but kinda wiggle from side to side touching your heels!. do like 50 of them!. hope that helps!!! Take a water bottle (full) and put it between ur ankles while laying on ur back!. Squeeze ur ankles together holding the water bottle tight!. Lift ur legs without bending ur knees 6-12 inches off the ground and hold it there for a count of 30 seconds break for 20 seconds!. Do this until u cant stand the burning any more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
put a small version of a medicine ball under your lower back!. while laying on your back and the ball just above your butt, lift your legs until they are perpendicular with the ground!. good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
acordian crunches are good for all over abs bend your legs and lift them into the air then go and do your normal sit up just with you legs stil upWww@Answer-Health@Com
