Question: Will this be enough to loose ten pounds in one month!?
Eating 1000 calories daily made purely of unsweetended soy milk, veggies (except corn and potatos), and fruits!.
Workout wise, the Firm: Ultimate Lower Body video (40 minutes) and 20 minutes of Winsor Pilaties: Buns and Thigh Sculpting (20 minutes)!.
(And on days I dont wanna do the Firm, I'll do Tracey Mallet Cardio Bootcamp (50 minutes) or Taebo Ultimate Lower Body (40 minutes))

If you havent realised, I wanna loose weight from mainly my thighs!.
Hahaa!.

Anyways, will this work!?

Ten pounds in one month is an unrealistic goal!. Even if you do lose a significant amount of weight, it probably won't be fat!. Five pounds in one month is a little more realistic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
