Breakfast: Cereal or Toast
Lunch: A Sandwich (normally lots of veggies)
Dinner: Cooked vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, snow peas, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, add mushroom sauce, add Indian Madras spices and you have a nice curry!.

Also: Pasta, Baked potatoes, rice normally with vegetables!.

Snacks: nuts, apples, bananas!.

Drink: Water, Hot Tea (decaf), Juiced apples and carrots together!.
Sometimes hot green tea with a spoon of honey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i kinda eat alot
Breakfast: 4-5 egg whites with a whole wheat bagel and 12oz lowfat milk
snack-banana
lunch-4-6oz chicken or turkey sandwich w/ an apple and 8oz milk
snack-Protein bar and 8oz OJ
Dinner-3-5oz chicken steak or shrimp sometimes tuna in either a salad or over hot veges and potatoes or pasta or brown rice
snack-banana or berries with whole wheat toast(natural peanut butter on it) and a 12oz glass of milk
oh and i drink like 3/4-1gallon of water a day throughout!.!.and eating before bed thing is a myth!!! u eat less cals than u burn u lose weight regardless of when u eat it!.!.!.i eat right before i sleep so i dont burn muscle as i sleep but the light carb or protein snack

that might be too much for u idk im a guy so i eat more and that diner yea have the salad and salmon and w/e just not the coleslaw and potato salad u should have that for lunch with a sanwich and at least try fruit for breakfast something is good!.!.i mean dont u lik to eat :D i doWww@Answer-Health@Com

breakfast - cereal
lunch - noodles (with a beer)
dinner - steak,chicken etc sometimes with a salad (with a beer)
I usually eat a few apples/oranges or other fruits each day as well!. I drink water outside of meals but every meal needs a beer!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.mmmmmmmmmmmmm
EDIT: I'm not fat either!. As long as you don't eat too late and get regular exercise you should be healthy!. Do stay away from soft drinks though they are VERY unhealthy and make people fat - I practically never drink them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually ahve something easy to prepare for breakfast like wheatabix (with loads of sugar) or toast!. Its usually a sandwich or something sad like that for lunch (unless someone offers to take me out)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
