Eat lots of salad and fruits, they are really filling!.
I'm 13 and I just started dieting, my body looks noticably better after three weeks!
Try to get some excercisein during the week!. I suggest do 30 minutes of cardio 2-3 days a week!. It really helps!. Oh, and if you don't know what cardio is, its something that gets your heart pumping like walking, jogging, biking, hiking, and walking up the stairs! Good luck sweetie!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well most importantly is to stay healthy!. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume!. So, start making a chart, and record EVERYTHING!. All foods you eat, all the exercise you do!. Make one chart for each!. At the end of the day, add everything up!. And look at the difference between the two!. If you want to be losing weight, start burning more than you eat!. (Not too much though, you want to do it gradually) Every 3500 calories=one pound!. So if you lose 3500 calories, you'd be losing one pound!. (Make sure not to do it in one day! That's extremely unhealthy) If you don't know how many calories you're burning/consuming, look it up online!. Find a good website that has a wide range of activities and foods, and you can estimate!.

All you people calling her fat, I REALLY don't want to sound rude, but it's called Yahoo Answers, not Yahoo criticizes!. I don't see the point in calling her fat and shooting down her self esteem!. Because that's the reason so many teens and kids are anorexic today!.

Don't listen to them! You're just a kid!. I was pretty chubby when I was your age, but then I lost that weight, and now I'm really happy with the way I am now!. I'm assuming it was just a phase!. First of all!. You're just a kid, and don't listen to the other people when they say "wow you're fat"!. Second of all, never skip meals!. It makes you hungry and makes you eat double the next meal and make you put on weight!. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so remember to have a healthy breakfast (e!.g!. cereal) so you have enough energy so you can exercise!. Remember to eat fruits and veggies and exercise!. Good luck!.
