How does one become anorexic?!


Question: How does one become anorexic!?
It's actually a lot harder then it looks!. I'm 5/7, fairly fat!. I'm willing to go to extreme measures, to lose 20-30 pounds in 3 weeks!? All my dad cooks for dinner is steak burgers fries, (grill food) which I'm expected to eat for dinner, but I can basically skip breakfest and dinner!? I don't think that will do any good though!.!.!.Eating heathly for 2 out of 3 meals maybe!? All i drink is tea and water and can run up to 9 miles a day!. Any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay I thought about this not long ago i admit!.
I am 130 Pounds !. Meh!. Well so i decided to skip some here and there
You will loose weight!. Yes!. But your body will go into a starvation mode and store fat, and eat it very slowly!. Than you will feel blotead!.
Ask your dad to make healthier food!. Maybe garden salad or chicken noodle soup!? Eat AT LEAST 3 meals a day!. Have a big breakfast like Whole wheat cereal or eggs !. For lunch eat some fresh Fruits or something small, like rice pudding!? Its about 100 calories :P and for dinner eat either a salad or soup :P Than EXERCISE !. Not too much or else you will kill yourself! 20-30 mins a day!.

Thats what i am doing , And it makes you feel great!.
Once you go anorexic, you will get really grumpy also

Yes - anorexia nervosa is a serious mental illness!. You do NOT want to wish yourself sick!. DO talk to your dad about cooking healthier food, or at least about buying some veggie burgers or chicken breasts and vegetables to add to the grill!.

Do NOT skip breakfast!. By doing so you are likely slowing down your metabolism and making it even harder for your body to burn calories!. Eat 4-6 small meals a day consisting of about 300-400 calories each, if possible!. Do your exercising in the morning, your metabolism will be revved up for a greater amount of the day that way!.

You'll want to lose 1-2 pounds a week!.

your supposed to eat 6 small meals a day and your only eating 2!
eat like fruit and **** and if your running nine miles a day you should be loosing weight!. never skip breakfast its the main meal of the day that is prob the most important!. and water is really good keep that up!.!.!. i drink at amost a gallon a day!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your burning more calories then your eating so you are going to lose a lot of weight!. it is very unhealthy!. you should ask your dad to cook better meals Www@Answer-Health@Com
