Question: How do you all fit exercise into your day!?
for those of you who work full time, and have a family, how do yuo manage to fit exercise into your day!?
I'm really struggling to get exercise at the moment, as i have started a new job, and am exhausted all the time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a full time student with a part time job, I look at excersize like brushing my teeth or taking a shower!. It it just what you need to to to stay healthy!. So routines re veery helpful!. If you have weekends off, do you exercise on the weekends!. You could invest in a yoga mat and video, somthing that you could do in th emornings or right before bed!. Get a few streghnth bands and do the same things!. Also, research shows that excersise is cumilitive, so even five min!. at wakeup, 5 at lunch, 5 of walking around the office, and 5 right before dinner!. There, twenty min of exercise!. Easy!.

If you try and walk/jog after you get home and make dinner, have your husband watch the kids so you can get out!. If you want to make it a family event, then you should get your husband and you to each push a stroller and go on a long walk together!. I think it would really help your energy level a lot!.

I get up a little earlier and stretch and lift weights in front of the news!. i drink water and hop a shower and am usually ready now at a time earlier than i used to be! During the day, I have more energy now, and usually do not hit that low in the middle of the afternoon!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm a 24/7 live-in carer so it's impossible and it's killing me!.I've put on 2 stone in the last year!. It's alright for the government saying about exercising etc but they don't see the hours alot of us have to work these days,they're absolutely clueless!Www@Answer-Health@Com
