For some reason I can't break 195?!

Question: For some reason I can't break 195!?
when I do I gain it back!. I have lost 69 lbs since last july!. Is my body just done with losing!? I exercise 5-6 x a week, drink plenty of water, and eat really healthy!. I have problems "emptying" my system, could that be the reason!. I just want to lose 15 more and then I'm done!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you know!.!.!.its not the weight thats bad its the fat!
some guys are all fit (like guys on american galdiator) and they weight like 300 lbs but nobody cares! there not over weight!

so if you dont "look" fat then your probibly gaining muscle weight and not fat weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of us hit a plateau and seem to sit on it for ever!. But take heart! It will eventually come on down the other 15 or so pounds, but you have to stick to the program!!

You can never let up, nor can you ever go back to those bad habits you are trying so hard to get past!.

You can try adding some more yogurts to your food plan or a couple of bananas!. And you can try eliminating some of the exteraneous breads, cereals and rices etc you are having!. They are not at all necessary!. Just have half as many as you normally would!.

Like when you have a sandwich, have it open faced: one slice of bread or half the bun!.

Do plan in a small "cheat treat" every week!. Just a bite of chocolate, or a very small serving of ice cream can make or break a food plan!. It just removes the guilty feelings when you do cheat!. That way it is planned and not a cheat after all!.

Sounds like you have hit a plateau!. What ever exercise your doing, try something else because your body is adjusted to it! If you are walking/running, try swimming or workout videos, or the elliptical trainer!. You will start to lose again once you start something else! Good luck, and congrats on the loss!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I found giving your body a break!. Try skipping the gym and eat a little more for a couple of days!. Dont binge on junk food just eat a more good carbs!. Your body might be in starvation mode and is holding on to everything!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

increase your workout intensity and add variety!. Eat 100 calories fewer and drink more water!. If you're not already, add strength training!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
