Question: What healthy foods can make a difference, to my skin!?
i'v got quiet alot of spots, and people have told me its the foods you eat wich cause them!. such as oily foods!. junk foods sweet things with alot of sugar in!. i really want to go 4 it and start eating healthy!. is there any fruits or veg! that i can eat that can improve my skinn!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of different types of fruit and vegetables help!.
Try getting your 5 a day for a start!.
Make sure you mix up the different color's because different variates of fruit and vegetables are essential and different color's of fruit and vegetables contain different vitamins!.
Also!.!.!. try and cut down on chocolate and junk food and particulary sugary foods! Because the sugar in sugary foods comes out through your skin which causes grease and then the grease can form spots over a period of time!.
Try to also use a general face cleanser and wash your face regulary!.
I Use A CLEAN AND CLEAR* Face Cleanser Regulary and it seems quite good!.

Any fruit and veg should be good for your skin!. Some people get spots no matter what they eat but keep off the greasy stuff and sugary junk for a start!. Keep your skin clean to stop bacteria in your pores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
