You mostly need a ton of calories in your diet, with a lot of protein as well!. So 3000-4000 calories and at least 1 times your body weight in protein!. Then, lift moderate weight for high reps!. 6-12 for accessory lifts, and 3-6 for heavy compound lifts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to get big and bulky incorporate lots of protein in your diet!. Egg whites, fish, beans, etc!. As far as working out do less reps with more weight!. You also need to increase the overall amount of calories you consume in a day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

high resistance, low repetition= bulk
low resistance, high repetition= lean muscle!.

so lift a lot of weight with only a few reps unstead of something lighter for more reps!.
or sprint short distances unstead of jogging long distances!.
get what i'm saying!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need protein! The best way to incorporate this into your diet is to buy whey protein!. It is all natural and provides you with essential protein and amino acids!. It only costs $15-30, just mix it in with some milk after your workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to incorporate a good amount of protein in your diet, such as chicken or fish!. With the protein your muscle will build more creating the bulky image!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
