Question: If i work out alot in one day!.!.
(push ups & lifting weights) will i seen any diffrence in my upper chest over night!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

nah bro, u would just hurt your self, this is not an over night thing, it takes time man!. alot of people would be ripped if it was over night lol just do 25-30 3times once a day and you'll be kool, but like the guy said, push your self, make sure it burn on that last repWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's not a good idea to lift weights a lot in one day!. Once you tear them the first time, your best off drinking a protein shake and giving them 48 hours to heal, then go at it again!. In other words, just have one, one hour workout, then rest for the day!.

If you want to tone your upper body up, do 3 sets of 10-15 reps, and if you want size and strength, do 3 sets of 4 reps!. And be a man when you lift!. Don't take a weight you can easily do 4 times; make yourself work, and make your face turn red and eyes pop out on that 4th rep!.

It make take 2 weeks before you notice a difference!. Just make sure your eating a lot of protein and food in general along with your workout routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will take longer then one night to see results from working out!. If you want to see result you can usual see them after about a month of working out!. 5-8 reps with a barbell seems to help me gain more muscle!. Incline bench fills out the upper chest flat works middle and decline works the bottom of the chess!. Also try to eat atleast ur body weight in grams of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one night of working out won't give you results instantly but psychologically you might see a change just because your aware that you were working out the night before so if you want results make it a daily thing and if you do see real changes they might be at a minimum Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it will take at least a few days, but dont go over board because you could seriously hurt your body!. Your upper body will be sore the next day though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
