High intensity fat burning healthy eating - will i see results?!

Question: High intensity fat burning healthy eating - will i see results!?
I've been doing about an hour of a high intensity fat burning workout every day for about 10 days now - coupling this with healthy eating and a couple of cycling sessions a week, how long do you think it would take to see some real results!? I've been doing some exercises for toning too!. I'm not overweight but just want to get fit and slightly more trim/toned!. Is my workout/healthy eating an effective means of doing so!?

Also, obviously no exact judgements can be made, but for a person with a normal (though femininely rounded!) body weight, how many pounds a week do you think I can expect to lose!?

Thank you - sorry it's a long question!

Oh, and also, don't worry, I'm being sensible and trying not to overdo it :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
What do you do for the hours worth of fat burning!?

I ran for 45 minutes on a treadmill, ate 1,200 calories per day and walked for 30 minutes daily and I saw a really visible difference in 6 weeks, but it varies from person to person!.

If you want to tone up, do things such as crunches, lunges and sit ups - those things are great for abs!.

If you eat between 1,200-1,400 calories per day, and you burn 600 calories per day (which you probably will with the hours intense fat burning) you should lose at least 1lb per week, if not 2lb!.
Don't expect to lose anymore than 2lb a week, sometimes you will notice your weight goes up and down on the scales, but don't worry if it is saying you've gained half a stone, this can be due to water weight and that time of the month!

I hate to sound like an advertisement! But try www!.sparkpeople!.com, it's a free website and it helped me so much!. It's a little like Y/A but the people are more supportive and friendly because they are there to lose weight / tone up too!.

Anyway, I wish you luck and it's nice to see someone who is willing to lose weight the safe way, not just eating lettuce leaves!

Oh and try Tae Bo DVDs, you don't have to buy them though, there are tonnes of recordings on youtube, you will definitely tone up doing Tae Bo!
