Question: If I do 3 sets with 10 reps per muscle group, how many exercises should I do per group!?
Like should I do 4 chest exercises or 10, resulting in 120 or 300 overall reps respectively!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Just do about 4 exercises per muscle group, but do at least two muscle groups a day!. You don't need to do 10 exercises for your chest, do 4 exercises for your chest and another 4 for let's say your triceps!. 3 sets of 10 sounds okay!. Then the next day do 4 for your back and 4 for your biceps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
