Next year I want to join the Army National Guard!. And I want to be in my best shape, what are some workout routines that will help me be more ready for training!?

And any other ideas would be appreciated!.

o boy, I would say you need to balance between weight training and cardio!.

Run 2 or 3 times a week as far as possible!.

Lift weights and evenly between upper body and lower body!. And you gotta think about those pushups, I'd try to be able to 100 at a time if I were you, 100 or more would be a good goal!.

Did I mention run!? you should run!. Don't forget to run, perhaps with weight on your back as well, boot camp should make you run miles with gear on your back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the internet has a workout plan for that, or some military people can help you, doing many push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups and lots of running endurance in heat and focus are what you need to do, and being able to do that with little water (just don't dehydrate or strain yourself) and eating fast (dont choke, chew good lol) too, push yourself, just get used to your stuff first!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a dedicated list of what routine you want to use like: Jogging 1 mile in the morning, and 2 in the evening, and in between do 100 sit ups 50 pull ups 100 push ups (not all at once, something to build up too) Most importantly, find a work buddy who will help you stick with it, andf work along side you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get into martial arts preferable danzan ryu or judo of some sort i believe the army uses some judo so you can be in shape and prepared Www@Answer-Health@Com
