- Im almost 13 yrs old
- Im going to 7th grade
- Im 5'5
- I weigh 144 lbs

(I wear a size "Large, & I look thin too) !. Like I Said !.!. I want YOUR opinions!

It is INCREDIBLY inaccurate to determine if your overweight just by height and weight!. If this was the best way to determine then every body builder, strong man (competitions), and general weight lifter, would be considered over weight!. You'd have to determine what your body fat percentage is to truly tell if your too "fat"!.

You shouldn't be concerned with the scale anyway, thats the worst way to go!. You need to be going by how your clothing fits at a certain size and how well you can walk, jog, run, play sports, do daily things without getting winded!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can tell you from the start that a picture would really help, but I can also tell you that your height and weight do illustrate some chunkiness, but thick is in!.!. and if you can pull it off, then you good!!.!. the important thing, at the end of the day is that you're comfortable with yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes becuse your more massive than me i am 5'8 and 13 and I only weigh 130 pounds!. I think your overwieght because your shorter than me and we are the same age but you are more fat!. to try to lose weight you should lift up weights so you could try to make all that fat into muscle so you could embarras all the guys at your school when you wrestle them see the clip

If you don't work out or play sports, you may just be a little out of shape I would not say fat under any circumstances!. However, if you're active then remember that muscle weighs more than fat, you are probably perfectly normal, just muscular!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont wouldnt think so!. you are medium height and with your weight that sounds ok!. you can probably loose 10 lbs if you feel you want to, but i dont think anyone would concider you fat Www@Answer-Health@Com

you want the truth!? you're not "fat" but considering youre a girl, and most of that weight isnt muscle, youre borderline!. you should probably consider going for a few runs to feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
