Question: How much weight could i lose in 13 days if i really try!?
im a very picky eater and i dont really eat very much, i do exercise everyday but i cant lose weight!. Me and my bf are going on a vaction with his family to a waterpark and i wana look good in a bikini !. how can i lose the weight!? and how much do you think i could lose!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe about 5-6 pounds!. Also it depends on how heavy you are, the bigger you are the easier it is too lose weight!. What I'm thinking is that you are not eating enough calories, which will stop you body from dropping weight!. What I suggest you do is go to one of those calorie recommendation sites that say how many calories you should eat a day to maintain or lose weight!.

It tells you how many calories to eat a day to maintain or drop as much weight as you want a week!. I wouldn't eat less than 1100 calories a day because that will trick your body to think that you are starving and you will hold onto every calorie you put in your mouth because your body will be storing it as fat, thinking its in a famine!. Good luck and remember even if you don't reach your goal just remember the point of the trips is to have fun and do some bonding, so don't worry or obsess about looking like a supermodel!. If so just slip on your cute one piece or tankini and get on those rides!

Its more in what you eat!. Try lean meats, plenty of salads and green veggies!. Light on potatoes and pasta and be careful of cheeses, butter and fats!. No candy, cookies or other desserts!. Eat other veggies too!. fresh fruits and juices in moderation as they carry sugar even when natural!. Drink lots of water but no colas even if diet, no caffeines!.
Do toning at gym or other excercises designed to tone you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't lose a significant amount of weight in 13 days!. If you "really try" you'll probably drop 5 pounds!. Why don't you try some strength training so you can get more muscle definition!? Don't worry about what the scale says!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
