Not getting results?!


Question: Not getting results!?
I just got in to lifting weight once more and I am seeing no real results!. Maybe I am going up in weight slowly!? Not i am using free weights!.

Also I run my steps in my house like 13 steps to get to the next floor!. How long should I run up and down the steep steps

Also My muscles got big one day then it seems like they deflated but I still have the strength!? What gives lol!.

I normally do 3 sets of 20 or 10 light to moderately heavy depending on how I feelWww@Answer-Health@Com
