Is my workout routine any good?!


Question: Is my workout routine any good!?
I do

3-5 sets of 6-10 push ups
3 sets of 10 curls
3 sets of 10 dips
3 sets of 20 crunches same for leg raises on my back
3 sets of 10-20 lunges
3 sets 5-8 reverse pushups/ angled chin ups/ pull ups

My calves/thighs get worked when I run my steps

if you dont listen to me your going to be missing out on alot of ****

ive only gained 25 going on 30 pounds since late april
know body builders and have a brother who IS one!.!.!.but yeah

For push ups and sit ups you should as many as you can for 2 minutes straight!. Whatever number of reps you end up at should be how many you do everytime you work out, until it becomes easy!. Wide arm push ups and flys work the chest!. For abs you can do sit ups, rocky sit ups, crunches, flutter kicks, froggers (I HATE froggers) inclined sit ups!. Yeah and the supine bicycle does work!. Try to touch your right knee to your left elbow when you do them!. Hands interlocked behind your head!.

As a matter of fact I'm sure you can find out tons of different exercises online!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is true no pain no gain!.



if your serious do as many push ups as you can till you arms are fatigued then do crunches till your abs are fatigued do leg raises till they go fatigued!.
