Why won't I lose weight?!


Question: Why won't I lose weight!?
I've been on a diet for more than two months now!. My calorie consumption is low, I eat a balanced diet, no empty calorie foods!. I've been sticking to the recommended whole grain carbs, chicken breast and fish for protein, and then fruits and vegetables!. I also exercise about 2 hours every day!. Every day!. 45 mins of that is jogging, 30 mins weight lifting, and 45 mins for sit ups, leg ups, and variation exercises (usually cycling) BUT Im not losing weight and belly fat! I'm 5"6, and Ive been on this lifestyle since January, and I've been 70 kilos for 2 months! (borderline normal, I move !.1 and Im obese 1) Whats up with this!? I'm on a diet and I exercise but I'm not losing weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must also cut your calorie consumption by 500 calories a day to see any progress!. Also make sure that you are not stressed out!. It can cause you to gain weight!. i know exactly what you mean, im in the exact situation!.!.!.mayb its coz your body is now turning muscle into fat so you wont see that much difference for now, soon it'll start showing!.!.!.for me i cant see any difference coz im only 120 lbs and 5"2 so it takes longer for some1 like me to lose weight!.!.!.!.nywyz just dont start binging or anything (unfortunantly i had 2 cookies and a danish bite yesterday:S) so hang on man!.!.it'll happen Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try calorie shifting, which works by getting you to eat the right food at specific times of the day!. Then by rotating it so that your metabolism never gets used to any routine!.

It may be hard to get yourself to carry out the Calorie Shifting method because you will need to create an expert menu!.

It is possible that with such a high energy output (all that exercise) coupled with a low calorie input has effectively slowed your metabolism!. Try eating more!. I have seen this happen to more than a few people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your probably not loosing weight because ur gaining muscle weight!. The baby fat, well, it depends on how old u r if u had ur growth spurt yet!. If you're like 17, than it might go away in time!.(Hopefully)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
