I overdosed on iron pills...like 40 or more pills, a whole bottle!

I doubt you will die due to the iron pills !.!.!.!.!.!.but I do feel real sorry for you!. Iron pills back you sh*t up and will make it hard for you to go poo!. I take a iron pill daily!. That is one pill a day and I have to take colace with is a stool softener so I don't get backed up!. If you do get backed up!.!.!.!.!.!. get a stool softener fast and possibly a laxative!. If you don't you can cause your bowels to back up into your intestines and they can rip!. Ultimately causing you severe infection and possible death!. Who ever thought your poop could kill you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
