Am i pushing myself to far?!


Question: Am i pushing myself to far!?
I'm 14 i weigh 135
I just started working out and my older sister said i'm pushing myself a little to far!.
I do these workouts everyday & then walk at a fast pace with my dog for 30 minutes!.

Also what is a healthy weight to lose per week!?!?!?

Ha ha, I'm doing that same workout!. I'd say slow down walking the dog a little bit, that is if man's best friend will let you!. To stay healthy, you're only supposed to lose 1-2 pounds a week!. Losing weight takes time!. Believe me, this girl tried to starve herself before!.!.!.

Eat healthy, go slow, and please don't starve yourself!.

tough call honestly, i think this is good but maybe you could just do maybe 15 - 20 of walking the dog and a slower pace, you need to have that as a cool down do you don't strain yourself


also about your good weight to lose per week, do not worry about that, it can really disappoint you sometimes, just keep doing it and check once per 2 weeks to see how you goWww@Answer-Health@Com

A healthy weight loss is 1lb per week same for men who are trying to gain weight 1lb is perfect!. Use the mypyramid to help with your diet its very easy to use!. 4 to 5 times a week doing 2 hrs of training is adequate enough for physical activity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to do the workout like 5days a week or every other day but do the fast pace like everyday!.
you shouldn't lose weight more than 1-2 pounds per week!.
