Question: Why does it have to be so annoying!.!.!.!.
Why does eating healthy have to be such a hassle !.!.!.!.you think your doing good by eating !.!.!.lots of veggies!.!.!.baked chicken!.!.!.!.yogurt !.!.!.fruits!.!.!.all kinds of healthy food but then its like oh be careful you don't eat to much protein! Its like huh!?!?!?!?!? Ok If Im only eating 1600 calories a day of veggies !.!.fruits!.!.!.and meat!.!.!.how can i eat to much protein!?!?!? Its like there is so many rules!.!.!.LOL!.!.!.i asked a question earlier today about having 2 pieces of skinless boneless chicken in a day!.!.!.which was basically the only meal i had all day!.!.!.besides a few snacks !.!.!.!.and one person was like just make sure you work some of that off!!.!.!.LOLLLLLLLLLLL don't get me wrong!.!.!.i exercise !.!.!.but not everyday!.!.!.and if my body is burning all the calories im eating!.!.!.why would i work out!.!.to burn more off!?!?!?!?!? if im not even trying to lose weight!.!.!.!.LOL im sorry for rambling on but i just think people are a little to obsessive!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Going crazy much!? lol!. Too much protein in 2 pieces of chicken!? I think not!. That is a good way to get protein because chicken is low in calories- and our bodies need protein!. But working out is good, but if you arent trying to lose weight!.!. you are right, you don't need to do it!. It sounds like your diet is fine!.!.!. you can even eat a bit more-- if you aren't trying to lose!. And yes people our obsessive- I am one of them!. Ugh!.!.!.it sucks!. But it just how life is!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Who said not to eat too much protein!? Don't listen to that!.

Protein is good for you if you are trying to gain muscle and get rid of the fat!.

If you want to make progress, you have to work out on an empty stomach, not 1-2 hours after a meal!.!.
