You may not be able to lose that kind of weight in 3 weeks!. The toning would be different but weight loss I'm sure is possible!. Just have to be willing to do a lot of exercise and good eating!.
Hours upon hours of workout a day I would guess!. None of the wimpy 30 minute-hour workouts!. A LOT of reps and cardio!.

You can do exercises or join a gym to firm up!.
Take walks and get to moving for the firmness, also dancing is good!.
Please no extreme diets or workouts!.
Eat about 16000 calories a day with lean meats, salads and green veggies!. Go light on bread, pasta and potatoes, fats such as oil and mayo and butter!. Don't eat desserts, candy, chips or cookies etc!.
If you lose fast it will just come back and probably more weight gain too!. Be wise, and do all in moderation including eating and exercise and eat slowly!. Drink lots of water!. No caffeine or diet colas or tea or coffee!. Some juices fine but don't overdo as they are sugar even when natural!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, there is no way in 3 weeks time that you can do that,
unless you want to risk killing yourself!.
you can!.!.!.refuse to eat, drink lots of water, take pooping pills, and repeat those steps until you feel comfy with your weight!.

what works for awhile if you drink water every time you get the urge to eat and then go do something like walk!. or hang out with your friends it sheds a few pounds!. maybe some weight lifting!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
