Hows this 'diet' to loose ten pounds in one month sound?!


Question: Hows this 'diet' to loose ten pounds in one month sound!?
So, Im pretty much going by the 'if God didnt make it, dont eat it' theme!. So, hows this sound!?

Food:
Okay, so for breakfast:
whole wheat engish muffin and organic berry spread!. (200 calories)
Then for the rest of the day I'd have (800 calories of) fruits and vegetables (minus potatos and corn) and unsweatened soy milk!.
(Bringing me to a grand total of 1000 healthy calories a day)!
^ the only reason why I have the english muffin is because its the only thing that seams to fill me up in the morning, that I can grab on the go!.

Exersize: Okay, so on the first day Id do a cardio bootcamp workout (50 minutes) with pilates (20 minutes) and the second day Id do a lower body resistance training tape (40 minutes) with pilates (20 minutes)!. And I would keep alternating all month!.

So, hows this sound!?
Would I be able to loose 10lbs in a month!?
Any suggestions!?
If it helps, my weight is 107!.
(YES, I DOO NEED TO LOOSE THIS WEIGHT!)
Oh, and I am vegan, so no fish or meat or milk and stuff!.

um, you aren't getting enough calories everyday!. you need at least 1200 calories, no matter what! exercise seems good, but if you are sore, i would take abreak for one day to let your muscles heal and your body keep its energy back!. also, you're only eating fruits and vegetables and a little bit of whole grain!. you need more whole grains, and more nutrients! get your protein, your essential omega 3 fats, etc!. just because you're vegan, it doesn't mean you can't get protein in your diet!.
also, if you're over the height of about 5' 1" or so, you seriously don't need to be eating this!.
also, you act like eating an english muffin is bad!.!. even though so many people say carbs are bad - they are essential! (in the right amount)

If you eat less than 1000 calories a day and do about a half an hour of exercise, you can probably lose about twelve pounds in a month!.
Haha!.
Keep in mind, you're only supposed to lose about 2-3 pounds a week, so be careful!. Don't forget protein!Www@Answer-Health@Com
