My month plan for losing 10 pounds and getting in shape?!


Question: My month plan for losing 10 pounds and getting in shape!?
Okay, so I was going to wake up every morning at 6AM and run for about 10-20 minutes!. Then, when I get home I am going to do 20 push-ups and 20 crunches!. For breakfast I was thinking Yogurts, and fruit!. Then for lunch I was thinking some pasta, or grilled meat!. Then for dinner, I don't have much control over that, but I was going to eat a smaller portion!. I am going to get rid of all the junk food, and only get fruit, and 100 calorie packs for snacks!. Also, only drink WATER!. My goal is to lose ten pounds and get flatter and more toned abs, and thighs!. I only have ONE MONTH to do this!. So, what do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you can tone up and lose a few pounds in a month- but 10 is a bit hard to do that quickly in a safe manner!. Do a 1200 calorie diet and just make sure you burn more calories than you intake!. This is a good start and I think if you cut out junk food and sodas, drink lots of water, you can make your goal in 3 months and at least have a head start at the end of the month!. Add more than crunches- like criss-cross crunches and stuff!. Look at self!.com for ab work outs that work - and mix and match them each day!. With what you say and extra workouts/weight training, you will notice a great difference in a month- just do not think it will be 10lbs!. Oh, and try pilates or yoga for extra toning!Www@Answer-Health@Com
