How much exercise do I have to do to lose 700 Calories?!


Question: How much exercise do I have to do to lose 700 Calories!?
I am 15 , 5,1" and weigh 135 lbs!. I want to get down to 130 in 2 weeks any help!?

Also I can't swim because I have no pool nor live near a beach!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is very realistic and healthy goal!. 3500 calories equals one pound!. So, if you burn 500 cals a day, you will lose about 4 pounds in 2 weeks!. If you also eat healthy, you will lose the 5 lbs!. Here is a sample meal plan that i am currently using:

Breakfast: Plain Oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries

Lunch: sliced turkey sandwich on 35 calorie wheat bread, 1/2 cup raw carrots, 8 oz!. soy milk (because I'm lactose intolerant)

Snack: 60 calorie yogurt with 1/2 fresh cut strawberries

Dinner: Small romaine salad with lite Italian dressing!. Small piece of salmon (small like the size of a checkbook)!.

Dessert: bowl or special k cereal (I know it's weird that I eat ceral at night, but it works for me!!)

I consume approx 1300 calories a day!. I am 5'0'' 21 years old!. I go to the gym everyday and get on the elliptical for 45 minutes, I do abs, then alternate arms and legs everyday!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your running, i would say about 45 (maybe less) depending on your motabolism!. walking is doubled that!.
if your trying to loose that weight it is important to have many small meals during the day!. not junk food!.!. actual meals!. eggs!.!. chicken!.!. veggies!. ect!. excersice is key* just eating portioned meals alone isnt going to make your body loose weight!. look on youtube for excersice videos or if you have comcast you can use the free On-Demand Excersice TV!.

5 lbs in two weeks is a realistic target!. Because of that, you would benefit from half an hour of cardio a day!. That would only work if you have the right diet too, as in no fizzy drinks/chocolate/pizza!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how hard you exercise, if you exercise everyday and eat right you will lose the five pounds!. Try aerobics exercise, weights will only bulk you up, it's only five poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com

try eating meat for 2 weeks i lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks from doing that and then went back to wating healthy and kept it off Www@Answer-Health@Com
