Question: Is this a problem!?!?!?
when i eat i have to eat alot to feel full!. i'm not depressed or anything i feel like i need alot to eat but i have to hide some of it from my mom so i wont get in trouble!. i do that alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

you might have an eating disorder, instead of starving yourself, your feeding yourself more and your stomach expands when you eat too much or shrinks when you eat too little, sometimes when you go to parties you might over eat and then you feel like your stomach is empty etc, so you feel the need to eat more until your full, but some people are born with eating disorders, if you think you may have one, visit www!.b-eat!.co!.uk , its very informative and helped my sister through her over eating disorder!. hope this helped, NattiCakes xWww@Answer-Health@Com

slow down when you eat, your stomach need time to begin digesting before you realise your feel!. Thats why when you eat too fast, you suddenly feel too full!.!.!.

It usually take around 20 mins to register that you've eaten so slow down when you eat and you might not need to eat as much to feel full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on what kind of food you are eating!. If is a lot of salad, vegetables and fruits, of course it's not a problem, but if you are eating chocolates, cookies and ice cream then, Houston we have a problem!.

I had this problem!. First of you have to eat slowly and chew your food!. Remember it takes up to 45 minutes to feel full!. Also I used to eat a lot of junk food, and that changed my metabolism once I started eating healthy and slowly I realized I was full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Me too!. Now I weight 260lbs!. Not kidding!. Better get a handle on it!. I would think talking to your Mother would be a good first step in getting help!. If not her, a councelor at school, a pastor, someone!. Don't leave it unchecked!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
