Question: How do i make my pecs bigger
well i was just wondering how to do it because there's something wrong with my torso when i stand up and look in the mirror standing sideways the very middle of my torso just out by at least an inch or two and makes my pecs look smaller but when i suck it in and look like im supposed to my pecs look really big so how do i make them look bigger (ps i know exercise is one way :] )Www@Answer-Health@Com

pres ur palms together in front of ur chest w/o ur fingers touching hold that for 60 seconds do 3 times a day

go to any weight room and do bench press!. that will make your pecs way bigger!.
pushups also do help!.
if u do pushups already and its not helpingare you sure your doing them right !?
