I had the same problem all through school, I've only put on about 20 pounds since school and I eat 7 times a day, and work out 5 times a week!.!.!.!.
Work your way up to something like this:
Breakfast - Bowl of porridge (or oatmeal if you're from the USA) and a piece of fruit, OR scrambled eggs on toast!.
Morning tea - Another bit of fruit and a bun
Lunch - Meat and salad sandwich on wholegrain bread
Afternoon tea - Cheese and biscuits
Dinner - Whatever your mum cooks!.!.!. meat and veg =)
Dessert - Yogurt

Eat lots of dairy food like yougurt, cheese, milk!. Also have bigger portions at meal times!. Dont start eating alot of fast food because it is really unhealthy and can damage ur body internallly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
