Question: I wanna get bulky (weight lift) but am I too young(14/yo)!?

hey i am 14 years old going on 15 and i go to the gym 2 or three times a week!.

best to not overload the amount of large weights you do but apart from that getting muscley isnt bad!.
oh and by the way im a normal build and do not look freakishly mucsley

so in my view mate go for it!.

its never too young to start wieght lifting and staying in shape!. But make sure you alternate weight lifting with cardio like running because being good at cardio is important too!. I dont know if you know all about weight lifting but its good to eat foods high in protein and fiber and low in sodium!. You should eat a lot of these foods because if you maintain a workout schedule at least 5 days a week this will help you build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also, you can get some light weights (3kg), but do not over do it, or else you'll alter your natural growth pattern!.!.!. You can also do push-ups, 10 a day (I know it's not a lot, but u dont wanna over do it) also you can do crunches/sit-ups 20-30 (Don't do it to the point that it gets too painful)

Drink a protein shake every day after you work out!. Take in your healthy carbs like peanut butter, noodles, things like that! My nephew is 15 and trains with my brother who trains two NFL players currently and my nephew is bulking up nicely!. He use to be a skinny little thing but now he has muscles and is even starting quarterback this year for Varsity!!! So no you are not too young!. Eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich every night before bed with a glass of milk (this is what my nephew has to do per my brother's advice) hope that helps hon! Good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wait untill you have stopped growing, around 18/21!. Then go for it!. If you start at your age you could stunt your growth, so you will have plenty of muscle but be really short!. Plenty of time to bulk up, enjoy your life now and wait for the right time!. Why not look up some case stories on the net about what happens at your age if you press weights, then make up your mind!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel yr too young to be bulking up!. But should you still wish to build some muscle, go to a reputable gym with experts who can show you what and how much you should be doing!. Remember if you exercise a lot to ensure you eat well too!.

I think you are too young, and even if you do get bulky you would look weird!.!.!. you're 14, don't rush it!. What I would recommend is get into sports and have fun to shape up at least!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
