How can a 14 year old lose 15lbs in 1 month?!!


Question: How can a 14 year old lose 15lbs in 1 month!?!
im going to be a freshman next year and i wana be skinnier for the begining of school!. how do i lose the weight!.
i weigh about 110-113(im not totaly Sur) and I'm 5 2"!.

I'm fourteen years old too but I'm trying to gain weight!. If you lose fifteen pounds then you'll weight like 98 pounds or something!. No offense, but that's too little!. You'll be too skeletal!. But if you really want to then I suggest eating small meals every three hours!.
I suggest exercising three to four times a week!. Run a mile or two about twice or three times a week!. Do tons of ab and leg workouts, 60 of each thing!. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water, fruit, and green tea!. Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Possibly but not a very good idea!. Not healthy and you might have some other problems!.!. like dehydration, constipation, weakness etc!.
You are not significantly overweight so set a better goal like 5 pounds or a longer time like 3 months!. Diet and exercise are needed for any real weight loss!. Good luck!. think slim!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should exercise 5-6 times a week
i would suggest running and doing some sort of abs
COUNT YOUR CALORIES!
even if its healthy foods, you could still be going over calories and thats the only way to lose weight!.
keep it between 1200-1400!.

stick to it! might not be 15 lbs cause thats alot for a month, but i can definitely see almost 10lbs! good luck, i'm losing too, im just a little taller but weigh about the same!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is probrably not very realistic unless your planning on doing something thats not very healthy!. i suggest you eat healtthier while minimizing how much you eat as well!. drink lots of water and work out and youll lose the weight!. the first couple pounds come off easy because its water weight!. but then it gets harder because you losing actual fat!. so it you stop seeing reasults after a while dont give up your just building muscle!.
