Question: I gain weight really easily!
I can eat approximately 1500 calories daily without gaining weight!. However, on the weekends when I eat 2500 calories, I gain one to two pounds whenever I do this! It's not just water weight and I spend the rest of hte week at the gym working it off!. Typically, I go to the gym 6 times a week (45 minutes cardio; 15 minutes abs; 15 minutes arms or legs) and eat 1500 no the weekdays!. Then I eat 2500 on Saturday and 2000 on Sunday!. By Monday, the scale says I've gained 3-4 pounds! What is going on! Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably the type of food your eating!. dont fill your belly up just eat about a 1/3 every 3 hours & drink water for the next 1/3, leave next 1/!.3 room for comfort!.
your gym schedule is messed, do cardio for 20 or 30 mins if u want, then strength train, use resistance
i guarantee u if u build more muscle food will break up much easier & u wont gain fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all start drinking water all the time, it will help balance everything out
Next cut down on weekend calories!.!.!. pretty simple, and do exercise on the weekends even if it's not alot

Don't worry about your figure accept yourself theway you are and if you have a problem you can still eat the stuff you eat now but add some fruits and vegatables and keep going to the gym,the gym does not always work you know

Er!.!. try to eat amount of calories each day!.!.!. And maybe green tea to boost up metabolism and keep working out!.!.!. sometimes the scale would show you've gained weight!. Maybe you did but muscle is heavier than fat so check if the weight you've gained is really just musclesWww@Answer-Health@Com
you are obviously doing the same amount of exercise during the week as the weekends!. you have to match your exercise with your input!. so exercise for an extra half hour on weekends, this should keep it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
